MATERNITY COVER (until the return of the post holder)
Treviglas Community College are currently recruiting for a full time Examinations Manager (Maternity contract) to be responsible for all aspects of the examinations process and data collation for examinations and key stages reporting. The exams officer will liaise with school staff regarding examination entries, and data as well as the responsibility for the recruitment and training of exam invigilators in all school procedures.
The ideal candidate for this exams officer job must have previous experience of organising the examinations in accordance with regulations within schools or colleges. Experience of SIMS would be an advantage. They will also be required to work confidently with data and full training on 4Matrix and Excel will be provided to support this.
The ability to work independently with good interpersonal skills is essential. The successful candidate will directly report in to the Senior Leadership Team.
