The vision for the IT faculty is to equip students with computational thinking and creative skills so they can become technical thinkers and effective problem solvers. Our course of study ensures that students become digitally literate so they can develop ideas and express themselves effectively. Computer Science and ICT have strong links to Mathematics, Science and Design & Technology and provide insights into both natural and artificial systems. Through the understanding and application of logic, abstraction, decomposition and algorithmic thinking, our students will become competent at understanding, analysing and evaluating the fundamental principles and concepts of Computer Science.
